Terms & Conditions

  • All bookings need to be secured with a £25 non-refundable non-transferrable deposit per cat per stay.
  • Full payment is due on the day of arrival by cash or bank transfer only.
  • A fortnights notice needs to be given for a cancellation or the booking needs to be paid in full.
  • All booked days are chargeable, including drop-off day and collection day.
  • Less than 3 days boarding is permissible but there is a minimum charge for 3 days.
  • All cats boarding with us must have had their annual vaccinations/boosters at least 7 days before arrival, and you need to either email or bring vaccination cards with you on arrival. If your cat isn’t currently up to date with annual vaccinations & it has been longer than 15 months since their last vaccination (or longer than 15 months in between your previous annual boosters) then your cat must restart their primary vaccinations again from scratch which will take 4 weeks for them to be covered, they must have had the 2nd jab a minimum of 7 days before the arrival date.
  • All cats ( include indoor/house cats) must be up to date with flea and worm treatments upon arrival to prevent them from bringing in and catching fleas. Most flea treatments last for 4 weeks so if your cats flea treatment is due to expire while they are with us then if you just make sure you bring an extra flea treatment with for us to apply. Medication / creams are £1 per treatment.
  • In the event your cat shows signs of illness, we will contact you or your emergency contact immediately to discuss the situation & if necessary take your cat to your vet if within a 5 mile radius otherwise our own vet will be used, if we cant get through and we feel they need a vet we will take your cat to the vet. This amount will be payable by you when you collect your cat. We accept no liability in the unlikely event your cat(s) becomes ill, lost or dies during their stay. All cats are left entirely at the owner’s risk.
  • If cats aren’t collected within 7 days of the departure date, and no communication is received from the owner, Greenside Boutique Cattery reserve the right to rehome your cat(s). The full amount will still be payable.
  • For safety reasons please remove collars from cat prior to boarding.
  • It is your responsible to transport your cat in a safe & secure carrier.
  • To safeguard the health of our other boarding cats, we reserve the right to refuse a cat if he/she appears unwell on entry.
  • Cats sharing a unit must be from the same household. However if an injury occurs as a result of cats sharing a unit, any veterinary fees will be the responsibility of the owners.
  • It is your responsibility to disclose any medical history which may affect your cats stay, including any pre-existing or reoccurring medical conditions.
  • We encourage owners to bring some of their cats personal belongings to help them settle into cattery life, however these are left at the owners risk & we cannot be held responsible for loss or damage.
  • These terms and conditions will be considered as agreed at each booking.
